Mr. Heberto Earl Alcázar Green is a dynamic Mexican entrepreneur with a high focus on pharmaceutical research and development, as well as in the production and distribution of drugs, in Continuing Medical Education and in the creation of public policies to promote new clinical solutions. His commercial focus focuses on providing innovative solutions with bioactivated natural products to reduce the effect of diseases, conditions, and disorders such as epilepsy, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, neuropathies, cancer, and other psychiatric and psychological conditions. Mr. Alcázar is CEO and founder of the Mexican pharmaceutical company SOMALAB (www.somalab.com.mx) with specialization in derivatives for the endocannabinoid system and its education and research on the same field. He is also the CEO and founder of Kupuri, a company focused on sustainable products and solutions for the field and the distribution of fertilization products for the agroindustry.

Santiago Herrero is Clinical Director of Adult and Pediatric Postoperative Cardiac Surgical ICU at The Jilin Heart Hospital, Changchun, Jilin Province, China, with 30 years experience working in Intensive and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Santiago Herrero is board certified critical care physician of the Spanish Society of Critical Care Medicine since 1989. Dr Santiago Herrero received your Research Proficiency in 2008 by the University of Oviedo (2008). He is Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians since 2004 and former member of Board of Directors of the Spanish Society of Intensive and Critical Care Medicine (2000-2004). Also he is former President of Asturian Society of intensive Care Medicine (1998-2006). Currently President of EXPAUCI (former patients of the Intensive care units) in Asturias (Spain) since 2012. He was Professor in the Postgraduate Course “The internet and the Health Sciencies†by the University of Burgos (Spain) in 1998 and has received several awards based on these communication skils. He was the first intensivist in the world developing the First International Congress on Critical Care Medicine in Internet (1999). Currently are associate as editor of Current Respiratory Medicine Reviews and associate editor for Europe of the journal Critical Care and Shock (Official Journal of the Indonesia Society of Critical care Medicine and the Western Pacific Association of Critical Care Medicine (WPACCM), also the Philippines Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is the Editor in Chief of Pearls in Intensive care Medicine. Dr Santiago Herrero, has published numerous articles (109) in several Spanish, European and International professional medical publications, editor of 14 electronic books plus several chapters being the last book on The Appendix chapter, in the Civetta, Taylor, & Kirby's Critical Care, 5th edition.

Biography
With over 11 years of experience managing the very first private specialty hospital in the city of Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, Dr. Ahmed Farhoud is an expert Hospital Managing Director that has brought positive change to Specialized Medical Care Hospital since he joined in the year 2007. With his dedication and strong determination in making the hospital to be well known, he accomplished EHSMS (Environment Health Safety and Management System) Certification, ISO 15189: 2012 accreditation for Laboratory Department and Home Care Accreditation (ACHC International Accreditation). He established a well-equipped Physiotherapy and Cardiology Department. He renovated the MRI and CT machine into the newest technology. Dr. Farhoud has increased hospital performance by achieving the 4th place in Best Quartile JAWDA Performance among the hospitals in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. Dr. Ahmed Farhoud received his MB.CHB and M.S. Surgery at Alexandria University in Egypt. He also took up Diploma in People Management and Total Quality Management for HealthCare Reform at American University in Egypt. Dr. Farhoud started working at Moassat Hospital with 560 beds capacity in Alexandria, Egypt. In addition to his management work, Dr. Farhoud was appointed as Member of Medical Task Force Team (HAAD) all over Al Ain City for auditing HAAD guidelines and policies for inspection of health facilities. He was one of the speakers in Healthcare Insurance Forum 2017 and as a Chairperson in Healthcare Insurance Forum 2018 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
